Why do 7-10 year-olds join us Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:45 PM and Saturdays at 11:15 AM?

And why do teens, ages 11-14,  join us Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday at 3:45 PM?

Many of them want to improve their sports performance by getting stronger and faster, while also improving mobility and gymnastic skills. But mostly they just want to have fun! Which is fine with us. After all, many have parents who are already CrossFitters, so they understand how much fun CrossFit can be.

 

CrossFit Kids often perform workouts with a time component, moving quickly from one exercise to the next, thereby creating the intensity necessary to achieve their goals. Highly vigorous exercises like box jumps, tuck jumps, jump rope, sprints, etc. create aerobic and metabolic changes which increase cardiovascular/respiratory endurance and stamina. This positively impacts the body’s capacity for exercise and lays the foundation for the remaining general physical skills.

Ten classes cost $145. Unlimited visits cost $125 per month.
